Shipping policy

At Minimise, we craft every piece with care and attention to detail. Since we follow a made-to-order model, please read the policy below to understand our shipping timelines and procedures.


1. Order Processing Time

All our products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production and quality check.
  • We will notify you when your order is ready to ship.

During sales, new launches, or festivals, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Partners

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days for most Indian cities.
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

We ship through trusted delivery partners such as Blue Dart and Shiprocket depending on your location.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking link. You can use it to follow your parcel’s journey.


4. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the status update.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship (additional shipping charges may apply).


 

5. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. For international orders, please stay tuned—we’re working on it!
