Minimise is a Jaipur-based clothing brand offering modern, size-inclusive western wear for women, made from natural fabrics and crafted with care. We follow a made-to-order model to minimise waste and maximize comfort.
Section 1: Who Can Use Our Services
By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or legal guardian). Our products are for personal use only. Any misuse, resale, or unauthorized access may lead to order cancellation or account termination.
Section 2: Account Registration
You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account. If you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
Minimise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Section 3: Product Information & Availability
All products are made-to-order and crafted from natural fabrics. While we aim for accuracy in descriptions and photographs, minor differences in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and natural variations.
Product availability, fabric choices, and sizes may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
Section 4: Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.
Minimise may update prices at any time. If there’s an error in pricing or product information, we’ll contact you before processing the order.
Section 5: Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India via trusted partners like Blue Dart and Shiprocket. Shipping fees, if any, will be mentioned at checkout. Orders are dispatched within the estimated timeline shared on the product page or order confirmation.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Delivery times may vary due to location or unforeseen courier delays.
Section 6: Returns & Exchanges
Minimise accepts exchanges and returns as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact. Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Custom-sized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Section 7: Privacy & Security
Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We use secure payment gateways and encryption to protect your data but cannot guarantee 100% security in digital transmissions.
Section 8: Third-Party Links & Tools
Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party tools or websites. Minimise is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Use them at your own discretion.
Section 9: Intellectual Property
All content on the Minimise website—including logos, text, images, and product designs—is the property of Minimise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproducing or using our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

Minimise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. We are not responsible for courier delays, technical issues, or third-party failures beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of disputes, the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction.
